replacing natural teeth in IMMEDIATE REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE

A 56 yr old male patient came to our clinic with the chief complaint of mobile front teeth, on examination the case was found of chronic generalised periodontitis, in which multiple mobile teeth were found,with deep pockets.patient was advised to go for extraction of multiple teeth followed by rpd.first to begain with the case,thorough gum treatment including deep scaling was performed,which eleminates much of the granulation tissue,and chances of intraoperative bleeding.once the gum treatment was performed & completed, the extraction were started.first posterior(16,15,14,27) with grade 2 and 3 mobility were extracted, so that patient can maintain his little esthetic value.in the last visit patient all three antereiors (12,21,22) with grade 3 mobility were extracted(17,13,23,24,25,26,28 wrer saved)and sended to lab with impression, to crowned in RPD,the root were sectioned and fixed in RPD,.next day the RPD with natural teeth were delivered to the patient with good esthetic result and patient`s confidence, for having natural teeth still in mouth.
